2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

3. Shipping

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, including colors, dimensions, and materials. Minor variations may occur due to handcrafted production, screen calibration, and photography. These variations are not defects.

All content on the Site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and the "RVFlag" name — is the property of RVFlag & Co, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
